I want to take this time to thank Mrs. Spring Atwater for her hard work and dedication in assisting me on purchasing my first home on December 11, 2009. Mrs. Atwater understood my needs as a home-buyer,paid attention to detail,consistent communication with my lender (Ty Pearson) as well as myself and was a real genuine person that was always uplifting and would keep me encouraged even when I wanted to give up.
I would recommend Mrs. Atwater services to others that are considering selling or buying a home. The entire process was accomplished in a most professional and pleased manner . I honestly feel that I have a Realtor for life!

First of all, we would like to thank our realtor, Spring Atwater of Atwater Realty Group, and our mortgage broker, Ty Pearson of Alcova Mortgage, for making our home owning dream a reality! We went through the credit restoration process with Ty Pearson for approximately a year and half before obtaining a home mortgage. The process is tedious at best, but, it is well worth it! The program assures you that your credit scores will increase. Just make sure you do everything that Ty outlines for you from the beginning to end. The end results are amazing! As for the home buying process, Spring Atwater, is the best realtor in the area! Spring is very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. In addition, she will not steer you in the wrong direction. She is able to answer any questions you will have in regards to purchasing a home. Spring makes the home buying process as painless as possible. She keeps the process simple and will fight for you in regards to negotiations while closing the deal. She is able to answer any questions (even after the sell) in maintaining your home. If we are looking to sell and purchase a home at any point in the future, these two are already on speed dial! I would refer Spring Atwater and Ty Pearson to anyone. They are in a league of their own!

I just wanted to take a few moments to thank you for all of your hard work and diligence in getting me into my dream home. I know that it wasn’t easy with all of the hurdles we faced. But you always stayed positive and kept me encouraged.
It was truly a blessing to have the expertise of Atwater Realty working on my behalf. Your proficient negotiating and mediation skills really paid off when it came to dealing with the listing agent and seller. Throughout the process you kept reminding me that you were my biggest fan and that I deserved this home. You don’t know how much those words of encouragement meant to me.
I also wanted to thank Ty Pearson as well. His unprecedented knowledge of credit restoration was really the catalyst for this whole experience. Working on my own, I would have never been able to rebuild my credit enough to purchase a 3000 square foot home. But with you and Ty that dream was made a reality in a little more than 90 days! As a single parent sometimes you think that the dream of homeownership is for other people but you and Ty made it happen. I am forever grateful to you for that. You not only helped me attain a personal goal of my own but raised the level of expectation for my children as well.
