Selling a home can be very stressful especially if the sale has a time constraint on it due to relocation, change in family size or financial matters. Therefore, it’s critical to properly prepare the home for potential buyers to see because first impressions are important, as well as, properly pricing the home.

ARG partners with the seller to identify:
1. The improvements, if any, to make their home appeal to buyers, and
2. The price using a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the current market value

The goal of the partnership, between ARG and the seller, is to sell the home for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.
