Meet the Atwater Realty Group FamilySpring Atwater Real estate is my Passion! I live and breathe real estate all the time. Although my background is electrical engineering and computer science, my passion is real estate. I grew up in a real estate family where my father and brothers owned a construction company, and my sister began selling real estate at the age of 20. So, I had been exposed to different aspects of the industry from a young age. I am originally from Cleveland, OH, but lived in North Carolina for the past 10 years – 8 of which I have been a licensed real estate professional. I have become knowledgeable in the areas of creative financing, market value & analysis, knowing the growth patterns, new construction, home inspection, and what’s important to my customers: buyers, sellers and investors. I like calling North Carolina home! I was born and raised in Durham. I went to Hillside High School and received my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from North Carolina Central University. My background is actually in Information Technology as my most recent position was that of a Director of IT for a Clinical Trials company. In addition to my knowledge of computers, I currently own DDT Entertainment, LLC, promoting Smooth Jazz concerts in the Triangle area and beyond. I have been a Real Estate Investor since 2001 I got my start by becoming a member of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association in 1999. I also obtained my NC Appraiser Trainee License in 2004. However,currently I am not giving appraisals. I have extensive experience as a landlord and I have also completed a vast number of courses including: Property Management & Home Inspection.
