Buying a home will typically be the largest purchase that many people will make.  So it's crucial to develop a plan in order to achieve the complete satisfaction of the buyer.

ARG works with the buyer to identify:
1. The home features - the buyer's needs (e.g.
number of bedrooms/baths, etc.) and wants (e.g. fireplace, pool, etc.)
2. The monthly payment they are comfortable in making, and
3. The desire area(s) they want to live in.

The plan makes the search easier because the agent will only select homes for the buyer to view based on their needs.  Focus is put on what's important to them based on the home features, price and location. By taking this approach, ARG ensures the buyer's needs and expectations are met.
